In recent days, all consumer products and automobile components are produced by weightless materials like plastics and fibers but in this new technology, transmission elements like gear materials are not made up of conventional steel materials. However, it is not helpful for reducing the maximum weight of the product, in this analysis proposes the new product made up of composite gear material by using carbon fiber material, but in the huge cost of carbon fiber material we use carbon fiber in terms of hybrid composite materials with the combination of Ramie fiber and Sisal natural fibers, The results analysis of stress, strain, total deformation, contact pressure values are compared with conventional steel materials. Carbon fiber 50 and Ramie fiber 50 materials are chosen as a combination, carbon fiber 50 and Sisal fiber 50 materials are chosen as a combination and carbon fiber 50 and Sisal fiber 25 Ramie fiber 25 materials are chosen as a combination, totally three combination are for this composite analysis and found the best combination through FEA analysis using ANSYS Software and 3D modeling of helical gear using solid works software. © 2025 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
