Abstract

The doping of carbon nanotubes with ceramic materials showed enhancement in thermal properties. In this study, 0.5 wt of CNT at a size of 500 nm was initially doped with ceramic materials and sintered employing spark plasma sintering maintained at the temperature of 625 °C and a pressure of 400 Mpa. The uniform distribution of CNT over ceramic material has been observed by SEM images. The XRD analysis adopted shows the proper phase composition of CNT over ceramic materials. The addition of 0.5 wt of CNT reduces the grain size which leads to proper sintering. © 2025 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
