This study evaluated epoxy composites reinforced with kapok fibers (KFs) and bran particulates for antibacterial activity and mechanical performance. The composite exhibited strong antibacterial properties and robust mechanical characteristics, including tensile strength (34.02 MPa), flexural strength (37.31 MPa), and impact resistance. SEM analysis revealed good fiber–matrix interaction and particulate distribution. The integration of natural fibers and particulates demonstrates potential for sustainable industrial materials with tailored properties.
