Abstract

This paper proposes a nine-level dynamic boosting switched capacitor (9L-DB-SC) inverter topology for medium-voltage applications using 11 switches, 2 diodes, and 3 switched capacitors. The topology achieves nine output voltage levels, balances component usage and voltage stress, and ensures that switch current stress does not exceed capacitor stress. Simulation and experimental studies validate its efficiency and practical advantages.
