Abstract

This paper introduces a hybrid power system for Electric Vehicle (EV) charging, integrating photovoltaic (PV) panels and fuel cells with Recurrent Neural Network (RNN)-based State-of-Charge (SoC) monitoring and control. It optimizes energy allocation among PV panels, fuel cells, and the EV battery, improving charging efficiency and reliability. MATLAB simulations show 91% effectiveness and reduced total harmonic distortion (THD) of 0.89%, offering an eco-friendly EV charging solution.
