Abstract

Drug-induced pulmonary disease is the most common and serious adverse drug reactions that may lead to cough, dyspnea, fever, bronchial asthma and several other complications. More than 350 drugs are capable of producing pulmonary disorder and most commonly used drugs are mentioned here. In this article, we review the pattern of responses, various drugs that may potentiate the pulmonary disorders, diagnosis and first-line treatment of the disorders. © 2020 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
