Various 1-(7-chloro-6-fluoro-1,3-benzothiazol-2-yl)-3-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-ol containing different functional groups have been synthesized by condensing 7- Chloro-6-Fluoro-2-Hydrazinyl-1,3-Benzothiazole with Ethyl Aceto Acetate in presence of ethanol. The identities of compounds were confirmed on the basis of their spectral (IR, 1HNMR and MASS) data. Further, they have been screened for their antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory activities. © 2014 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
