In recent years, yoga programs are implemented in schools to create awareness among students. The research findings after conducting the yoga program show that there is a significant improvement in motor abilities and social behavior of 6-8-year-old children. The occurrence and extensive infection risk related to physical inactivity has been identified as an illness. As physical activity is known as vinyasas which contain asanas (postures). In this chapter, elementary math skills in two-dimensional drawings with an illustration of yoga poses are considered to visualize the suitable poses for increasing immunity and concentration, which are vital life skills. In this chapter, Yoga postures are compared and investigated with positions and sitting angles. A systematic procedure is followed to find the performance of the group of participants. Additionally, the deliberations have applied the changes in social behavior and the utilization of the knowledge gained through the yoga program to contexts other than academic studies.
