Abstract

Immune status of intracranial tumor patients assessed pre- and post-treatment. CD11+, CD4+ decreased and CD8+ increased before treatment; CD4+ increased and CD8+ decreased post-treatment. Serum IgA, IgG decreased; IgM increased. Surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy influence post-operative immune recovery. Humoral immunity less affected. © 2017 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
