Abstract

This study evaluated surgical outcomes of unilateral cleft lip patients treated using Dr. Adenwalla’s modification of Millard’s rotation-advancement technique. Anthropometric analysis using ImageJ software on 11 standardized photographs revealed that horizontal and vertical lip lengths, Cupid’s bow width, vermilion length, and nostril floor width were nearly symmetrical between treated and normal sides, indicating consistent esthetic results. © 2019 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
