Abstract
Emotional e-mail classification system developed using combined SVD and KNN methods, along with an emotional dictionary, classifies e-mails into positive, negative, or other categories. The system adapts to new words and phrases to detect customer/ stakeholder emotions, helping prioritize e-mail handling. © 2011 Springer-Verlag. © 2011 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
