Abstract

Microwave-assisted synthesis of metal oxide nanostructures (SnO2, ZnO, Cd(OH)2, CdO) was performed for gas sensing applications. Chemoresistive devices were fabricated on interdigitated alumina substrates and showed good sensing performance for low-concentration toxic gases. © 2011 Springer Science+Business Media B.V. © 2011 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
