Abstract

Iron deficiency anemia (IDA) is highly prevalent among adult women in developing countries. This study evaluated intravenous iron sucrose therapy for IDA management in patients with gynecological ailments, demonstrating it as a safe, effective, and convenient alternative to blood transfusion and oral/intramuscular iron supplements. © 2020 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
