Abstract

The study investigated the association between second digit (2D), fourth digit (4D) lengths, their ratio (2D:4D), and stature in 141 medical students aged 18-21. Significant correlation was found between 2D and 4D lengths with stature in both genders. No significant correlation between 2D:4D ratio and stature was observed. The results indicate that 2D and 4D lengths are useful tools for stature estimation in individuals. © 2020 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
