Abstract

Plexiform neurofibromas (PNFs) are common, debilitating complications of neurofibromatosis type I, causing morbidity, disfigurement, functional impairment, and potential malignant transformation into MPNST. This report presents a case of PNF of the face involving the oral cavity along with a literature review. © 2014 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
