Abstract

In this paper, PV system and WEC system is connected to individual converter units which are controlled individually to supply the demand continuously without fluctuations. The control is provided using maximum power point tracking technique for PV system and PI closed loop control for Wind system. The output of the hybrid systems are connected to a common dc bus where the constant voltage is maintained using above mentioned control methods. The DC power available at the dc bus is supplied to the load after inversion using a multiple pulse or sinusoidal pulse inverter circuit. © 2020 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
