Abstract
A study of 20 long-term osteoarthritis patients found that 40% experienced temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain. Clinical examination revealed TMJ sounds, restricted mouth opening and deviation in affected individuals. The study concludes that TMJ involvement is common in osteoarthritis and requires clinical attention.
