A rare case of Perrault syndrome is reported in an 18-year-old female presenting with deaf-mutism and primary amenorrhea. Evaluation revealed hypergonadotropic hypogonadism, streak gonads and normal 46 XX karyotype. The patient was started on hormone replacement therapy. This report adds to the expanding clinical spectrum of Perrault syndrome.
