Abstract

A study involving 80 visually impaired children (4–15 years) evaluated the effectiveness of Fone’s method versus Modified Bass brushing technique using the Audio Tactile Performance (ATP) teaching method. Both groups demonstrated significant plaque reduction after two months, with improved brushing frequency. ATP combined with both techniques effectively improved oral hygiene.
