Abstract

XMAS framework is used for time-series microarray analysis to extract knowledge on tumor metastasis. It enhances human-computer interaction, allowing visual analysis and integration of complex biological pathway information, providing a proactive “sit forward” approach to validate results. © 2011 IEEE. © 2012 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
