Abstract

Luteal insufficiency affects fertility. This study explores computational analysis of deleterious SNPs in human genes associated with maintenance and regression of the corpus luteum (CL) to understand unexplained luteal insufficiency and infertility. Microarray databases were used to assess gene expression patterns in primate CL. SNP functional significance was analyzed to highlight potential integration of SNP screening for evaluating female infertility. © 2012 Elsevier B.V. © 2013 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
