Abstract

Relapsing polychondritis is a rare, progressive autoimmune disease affecting cartilaginous tissues including ear, nose, airway, and joints. Delay in diagnosis is common due to varied clinical presentation and lack of specific tests. This case reports a young woman with stridor due to subglottic stenosis, where symptom recognition led to diagnosis and timely management. © 2021 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
