Abstract
This study proposes a definitive grading system for maxillary and mandibular tori based on shape, prominence, and dimensions. Seventy-two patients were examined using stone casts to classify tori and determine their influence on denture prognosis. Lobular type was most prevalent. The grading system was effective for maxillary tori classification, supporting clinical decision-making in prosthodontics. © 2018 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
