Abstract
This case report describes Aspergillus peyronelii as an emerging pathogen causing chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis in a 28-year-old immunocompetent woman. Precise diagnostic methods were used to identify this rare fungus. The study highlights the need for further research to optimize diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for uncommon fungal infections.
