Abstract

The dispersion of various nanoparticles in the compressor oils and refrigerants of vapour compression refrigeration system are considered to be prospective method to enhance the efficiency of the system. There are several techniques and research has been performed in order to improve Coefficient of performance and to reduce power consumption. The review is carried out to study the effect of addition of nanoparticles in lubricants or refrigerants. A systematic review is implemented to explorate the consequences of nanolubricants, nanorefrigerants and summarizes the several studies concentrated and methods to increase the heat transfer, enhancing the coefficient of performance and reduction in power consumption. © 2023 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
