This study evaluates the antimicrobial potential of quercetin against multidrug-resistant pathogens Pseudomonas aeruginosa and MRSA. In vitro assays demonstrated quercetin's inhibition of bacterial motility, biofilm formation, and virulence factors. In vivo experiments with Caenorhabditis elegans showed reduced bacterial colonization. The findings suggest quercetin as a promising therapeutic agent against multidrug-resistant infections in ICU settings.
