The proposed solution will leverage a professional approach to incorporate online housekeeping services for large companies. The proposed model will allow the administrator to supervise the overall operations conducted on a daily basis, as well as to create daily, weekly, and monthly reports to assist and analyse whether all the staffs are effectively used and so on. Further, the Cleaning Staff Manager is responsible for allocating shifts to cleaning staffs for gathering material requirements from cleaning staffs, presenting material requests to administrators, and updating daily work status of cleaning staffs. The administrator has to monitor the shift allotment details in any emergency case where time changes in allotted shifts and then the administrator allocate that work to another staff. Moreover, the administrator has to monitor the daily work status and if the work is not done then the administrator should send the mail to the cleaning staff manager in order to complete the work quickly. The administrator collects the database of the material request from the cleaning staff manager and also it responds to the process of the material request. Finally, the administrator creates a report according to the requirements. The web application is developed using languages such as JAVA, HTML, JSP, Servlet and it is further built by using frameworks such as Spring, Tomcat and MySQL. © 2021 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
