Abstract

Cloud load balancing distributes workloads across servers, storage, and networks to optimize response time and throughput. Energy-aware models manage idle servers efficiently. A hybrid Genetic Algorithm and Ant Colony Optimization (GAACO) framework schedules workloads while minimizing energy consumption. ns3 simulation shows improved packet loss ratio and throughput. © 2022 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
