Abstract
COVID-19 infection during pregnancy increases the risk of adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes, including preterm birth, low birth weight, IUGR, fetal distress, and NICU admissions. Proper antenatal care, vaccination, early diagnosis, referral, and emergency management are recommended to safeguard mother and fetus.
