Abstract

Li-doped ZnSnN2 thin films were developed as non-toxic, earth-abundant photoabsorbers for flexible photovoltaic devices. Li incorporation improved p-type conductivity (1.14 × 10^20–9.47 × 10^19 cm−3) and mobility (20.03 cm²V−1s−1). Characterization (XRD, SIMS, XPS, DOS, Born effective charge) confirmed Li substitution, making Li:ZnSnN2 a promising photoanode for next-generation thin-film solar cells.
