Abstract

This study proposes a Micro-Genetic Algorithm combined with Cat Swarm Optimization (MG-CSO) for optimal process workload allocation in cloud computing environments. The approach dynamically consolidates resources, improving computing efficiency, reducing cost, time, energy usage, and enhancing Quality of Service (QoS). MG-CSO outperforms other algorithms such as GA and BA, achieving 91% efficiency in large-scale datacenters.
