Abstract

Cultivation is the basis of every financial system worldwide. Harvest production is one of the foremost factors upsetting domestic market condition in any country. Cultivated production is also a chief prerequisite of economic development, it any part of any country. It plays a crucial role as it even provides raw material, employment and food to different citizens. A lot of issues are accountable for predictable crop production varying in different parts of the world. The contemporary methods of seed spreading, insecticide spraying and grass cutting are problematic. The apparatus's managed for above actions are exclusive and troublesome to switch. In this article, mainly focusing on farmer field and challenges for sugarcane cultivation. The planned project is prototyped, and can be remote controlled by a cell phone app through Arduino and its Bluetooth module. The four wheels of the robot are driven by a BLDC motor through two spinning cutting motor. The simulated and experimental results show the developed sugarcane robot is capable for any farmer field with modifying end user system. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is shown by hardware study performance without internet. © 2023 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
