Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine disorder affecting reproductive-aged women worldwide. This research paper explores the multifaceted impact of PCOS on fertility and pregnancy outcomes. It discusses the complex interplay of hormonal, metabolic, and inflammatory factors associated with PCOS and their influence on ovulation, conception, and gestation.
