An experimental investigation of aluminium alloy LM25 and its composites reinforcement withdifferentsizesofsiliconcarbideAluminium metal matrix composites have exceptional qualities, and as a result, they are widely used. The LM25 is suitable for connecting rods, and engine heads, engine blocks, Because of their outstanding characteristics, microparticles are becoming increasingly used as reinforcement for aluminium. Efforts have mostly concentrated on determining their contribution to the improvement of composite mechanical performance. To the greatest degree feasible, research is being conducted in the field of microparticles as reinforcements for Aluminium Matrix Composites (AMCs). Stir casting techniques was used in this study to produce Al- LM25/SiC reinforced composite materials. And its mechanical properties were investigated. The effects of reinforcement material have been explored on mechanical properties. © 2023 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
