Abstract
Myxomas are the most common benign primary cardiac tumor. Their clinical presentation can vary, ranging from asymptomatic to constitutional symptoms, obstructive or embolic symptoms. These can even be life-threatening sometimes. Here, we report a case of an elderly female with exertional breathlessness, which turned out to be a large left atrial myxoma, diagnosed using a point of care ultrasound. © 2023 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
