Abstract

This finite element analysis evaluated stress distribution in EDM NiTi rotary files before and after cryotherapy. Cryo-treated files showed significantly better cyclic fatigue resistance (14.637 vs. 5.851 cycles) and greater displacement (13.17 mm vs. 10.53 mm). Cryotherapy enhances durability and reduces file separation risk.
