Abstract

It is estimated that there are about 280 million visually impaired individuals worldwide. Using digital image processing and voice processing, the study aims to assist visually impaired individuals in interacting with the world by narrating descriptions of the scene in front of them. Additionally, the device serves as a personal assistant by keeping the user updated on the latest developments. © 2024 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
