The idea of intelligent transportation is expanded upon by smart transportation. In order to achieve the system's systematic, real-time, and interactive features, a significant quantity of data mining and model building is done in addition to the high-tech techniques of collecting traffic information. The design and building of intelligent transportation systems require the application of numerous cutting-edge technologies. The integration of blockchain technology and the Internet ensures that the intelligent transportation system has adequate convenience and safety features. Big data and virtual reality technologies can be used to develop transportation systems that take into account the experiences of onlookers. IoT and Artificial intelligence Based Intelligent Transportation System with Smart transportation growth is being propelled by a combination of new activities. And technologies including big data and the Internet of Things Massive volumes of data can be handled via big data technology. Large scale, quick speed, variety of categories, high data value, and authenticity are characteristics of big data. In order to investigate the business potential of these data, big data analysis mostly employs techniques like association rules. © 2024 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
