Abstract

This cross-sectional observational study assessed 90 patients in three groups: oral cancer, acute dental infections, and healthy controls. Hemogram parameters NLR, LMR, and PLR were measured and correlated with clinical indicators (T stage, lymph node metastasis, tumor differentiation). Significant elevations were observed in oral carcinoma and acute dental infections. Correlations between NLR, LMR, and PLR provide clinical relevance for prognosis and patient management.
