Abstract

The continuous growth in internet enabled technologies and applications offer showers of flexible applications that reduce the human troubles in many ways. The core part of IoT is the easy configuration and association with the devices that create integrity. The proposed system considers the security issue as important point and formulated a threat detection system. The model considers cognitive control mechanism that controls the flow of node-to-node communication securely during the attack existence. The malicious nodes are randomly mapped into the existing nodes. Hence, the differences in node behaviour using the frequent change of node values, relative response make a sense to detect the malicious activity. The chimpanzee optimization is adopted here to reroute the nodes. In order to avoid the problem creating nodes with normal nodes immediate action is taken to secure the data. © 2024 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
