Abstract

Microtia/Anotia is a rare congenital malformation. Microtia/anotia with congenital facial palsy has been reported in the literature in association with cardiofacial syndrome or other syndromes. Microtia/anotia in association with congenital facial palsy without any syndromic features is an extremely rare condition with only a few cases have been reported in the literature. Here we report a case of 1-month-old female baby with anotia on the left side and ipsilateral congenital facial paralysis (CFP) without any other congenital malformations. © 2025 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
