Abstract

This study developed a green, solvent-free ATR-FTIR method for nondestructive quantification of Amlodipine Besylate in bulk, tablets, and polymer-based microspheres. The method showed linearity (0.1–10% w/w, R2=0.9986), high accuracy, low LOD/LOQ, and <2% RSD. It provides a rapid, eco-friendly, and precise alternative to conventional spectroscopic and chromatographic methods for routine AMD analysis.
